When she is 50 kgs at the age of 45 after surviving one pregnancy, I was awestruck by the feat achieved by Mandira Bedi. Back when she was casted in Shanti she was just 56 kgs. But after going up by 22 kgs during her pregnancy, she brought it down to 50 kgs only through resilience strong determination to stay fit!!

I follow her insta page regularly and oh my! She does give us some serious fitness goals!!
